Weight for me has also been like a yoyo always going up and down. Health and wellness has always been my passion. Yet I’ve always struggled with my weight even with being what I would consider being healthy eater, spending a lot of time being active & in the gym over the years and never really getting anywhere. It’s been so frustrating!! I’ve done many “diets and fads” in my day, south beach, HCG, tracking calories, starving, 30 day cleanses…I could lose the weight yes but my real problem was I never had a plan to back it up and keep the weight off & maintain it . My weight was steadily continuing to raise to whole new “normal”!
Recently a cute friend & neighbor of mine introduced me to a new way of eating that doesn’t require starving or living in the gym.
After seeing her results and those of her friends, then looking at the program I realized it’s much less of a diet and more of a lifestyle.
I will admit at first I was a little skeptical for a minute but just had to trust the process. I am so grateful I did! I am all in!
Since I’ve began this journey my results have been steady with zero pain & suffering. I cannot believe how satisfied I feel each day from the food I am eating and the way I am feeling about the changes in my body. I have tons of energy and I just realized I haven’t had any cravings. My clothes that I was beginning to outgrow & were super snug and a little bit of a fight to get on are easily sliding on and becoming loose. I am already down 13lbs of my 30 lb goal. 3 inches off my waist and more than an inch from my arms, legs, & chest are gone. It really has been super simple & easy. Not to mention freeing both mentally & physically!
The best part, besides knowing what I can achieve and that I can already see a new healthier me, is this is something that I know I can continue to follow to actually MAINTAIN the weight loss. There are lifelong tools and ideas to implement with what I am doing right now and the journey ahead. I know it’s possible.
